If you enjoy riding a bike uphill, this is a must do triathlon. This is essentially a Mountain TT with a swim and run thrown in to add some flavor, It starts with a very quick pool swim that is a terrific warm up for your TT ascent up Mt Diablo. The race is capped with a 3ish mile run to the top of Mt Diablo, with a finish on the summit. This is a low key race that is very well organized and with beautiful panaramic views of the bay area. I recommend it.
