Very well organized. The retirees there serve as volunteers and take it serious and do a great job. Stay at one of the condos on the resort and enjoy the area. Bike course is very hilly if you are not used to it. Highly recommend this tri. The run is up hill the first half and then down hill to the finish. The Rumbling Bald Resort where it is held is very nice.
