Swim was good. I didn't experience the diesel taste from the water that other people have talked about. Crowds were great. The bike was on great roads. They block off a lane on some very popular roads, which was pretty cool. Its basically head down and fast. Mostly flat with a few rolling hills. One or two small ring hills also. The run sucks, plain and simple. The heat was oppressive(I live in St. Louis, and the temp was 25 degrees warmer in Orlando). There is zero shade the whole run, and half
