I have done this race three times now and really enjoy it. The swim is a nice although the lake was a bit mucky this year. i think it had just rained. the bike is pretty flat and fast with my fastest bike speed average for the year by far. the run is a nice double loop with no real flat sections but no big hills. setup did their usual very good job. all in all a great race and definitely a great first olympic distance race.
