CGI is starting to rip people off and obviously is only in it for the money. The race itself is okay, but compared to other races in the area like Columbia & Diamond in the Rough, it definitely comes in 3rd place by far. It is poorly run and the timing equipment is old and out dated. CGI should stick to NJ racing until they can improve their personell (very over confident and rude). They make you pick up the packet the day before at unfriendly times, the parking is absolutel herendous, and the race is just average. Oh yeah, no food for spectators and very little for athletes at the end. On top of all of that, it cost more then any other area Tri. Go figure...

Very well run race (CGI racing). Good swim course (out and back), mostly shady rolling bike course, and a flat out and back run. A nice touch: the aid stations gave out wet towels for the run (which is almost all in the sun).

Great race even nicer scenery. This was a fun event. The swim was in the chesapeake bay which was really cool. The water was fresh and clean. Great area for transition.

This was my first Olympic distance tri. The course is flat and fast and winds through beautiful north east MD. Tip: stay in Aberdeen MD (10 min away) the night before and you'll save big on hotels. North East is a vacation spot so lodging is pricey. Great first time Olympic race.
