I did not think the triathlon was organized well. FIrst off, the paper in the packet was very confusing in that it had all the utah times when the majority of the race was in AZ. They were not prepared and had trouble keeping the finish line inflated because of a lack of power. On the run the aid stations were very poorly manned. The first table didnt have water when I got there on my run. It looked like they got bunch of local kids to take care of all the stations. All in all, it was fun but still dont think it was very well organized.

The landscape is picturesque and probably one of the most serence races you will ever participate in; Lake Powell is surrounded by red sandstone rocks and tall canyons which contrast with the deep blue water. Combined with perfect weather this race is a must!
