This was my first triathlon race 4 years ago at age 46, I have not missed this one yet. This race is very well run. The swim is in a clean calm lake and the bike course is chalanging. The run is a challange as well some pack trail, some road, and some soft sand. This race will always be on my list of races to do. This is one of the better sprints.
