Overall Rating August 23, 2009
This was my first Tri. Well organized and set up. Easy pool swim. Bike course was hilly at the beginning with several speed bumps and traffic circles. Run was very hilly and challenging. Overall a great experience. Just make sure you add some hill training on those runs before you do this one.
