I agree.. this was an excellent race with awesome views. I did the quarter ironman last year and that was a perfect distance. What is a haboob? Some sort of cramp?

Great scenery, flat terrain. October is a good time of the year, due to the mild climate at that time. No rain, although watch out for the haboobs.Great for first-time half irons. Enjoy!
