One of the tougher, more popular races on the east coast. Very challenging bike and run because of the hills.

Excellent race. I love the area. The water can be quite cold so bring a wetsuit!

Great race. Swim was easy but cold. The bike and the run were very hilly. I'll need to train more on the bike. Even though the weather was bad, I still had a blast!

Great triathlon! Very well organized. Nice perks like water and gatorade bottles distributed along the bike course and SWAG. The run is challenging (lots of hills). But overall, a really nice course.

What a great race! It was perfectly organized and was run seamlessly. The bike and run splits go through some tough hills that really challenge your endurance and leg strength. I can't wait to do it again next year! I would agree with the other reviews, definitely sign up early because it sells out quickly. It is a popular race!

This race is the best on the east coast. Be sure to sign up quickly because the race books up fast. If you don't make the cutoff i've heard The Arc of Howard County has a few additional spots it saves for those who join their fund raising team.

I competed this race in 2008 and it was a great experience. Tricolumbia puts on a fantastic event. It's very organized. Get to the park early because parking is difficult on race day. You'll need a wetsuit because the water it chilly!
