Overall Rating August 13, 2009
For 2009, the swim was shortened to .5 mile and then cancelled due weather. Bike is flat and fast and the run is fairly flat with the last mile being slightly uphill. Lots of aid stations on the run with plenty of fluids. Transition is a bike out and in so it can be confusing and busy since bikes and runners will cross paths. Well run race with good food, plenty of parking, and good quality roads.
